Your files stay private.

What we process

Uploads are transmitted over HTTPS and processed in memory on our hosting infrastructure. We do not deliberately retain original uploads. Repaired files and limited previews are stored privately so you can inspect and download your result.

Access and deletion

A random, secure browser session cookie protects your results. No account is required. Files are inaccessible after 24 hours; a successful purchase renews that period. A cleanup routine deletes expired artifacts and previews when the service runs maintenance or processes new jobs. Physical deletion can lag the access expiry when maintenance is unavailable. Do not use this launch version for regulated or highly sensitive records.

Analytics

We collect tool usage, anonymous session identifiers, broad referral sources, file type and size buckets, processing time, error categories and purchase metadata. We do not include file contents or original filenames in analytics. Behavioral events are retained for up to 90 days. Financial records are retained to reconcile purchases and refunds. Rate limits use a temporary hash of connection metadata.

Payments and processors

Stripe handles checkout and payment details. We do not receive full card numbers. The service uses Cloudflare infrastructure through Sites for application hosting, database and private storage. No AI model receives your file in this release.

Your choices
